The Role:
We are seeking an elite Concierge Director to serve as our State Administrator. You are the operational commander and the executive face of our localized hub. You serve as the definitive bridge between high-net-worth families, elite hospital discharge planners (e.g., Texas Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White), and our Vanguard Caregivers. You do not just manage a schedule; you architect domestic stability and ensure absolute operational fidelity to the Heartfelt Standard.
Executive Responsibilities:
- Regulatory & Compliance Authority: Serve as the official State Administrator, ensuring 100% compliance with Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) non-medical Personal Assistance Services (PAS) regulations. Lead state audits, maintain agency licensure, and oversee all corporate record-keeping.

- Client Intake & Domestic Architecture: Conduct high-touch in-home environmental assessments for new clients. Design customized, highly detailed care plans tailored to the precise ADL, IADL, and sensory needs of the household.
- Operational Leadership: Direct the Alternate Administrator and the Vanguard Caregiver roster. Maintain absolute enforcement of our Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) firewall, guaranteeing that non-medical staff never cross into licensed clinical care.
Required Credentials:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, OR 3+ years of experience as an LPN/LVN in a leadership capacity.
- Documented experience as an Administrator or Alternate Administrator in a licensed Texas PAS, Home Care, or Home Health Agency is highly preferred.
- Ability to sit for and pass the Texas State HHS Administrator Certification within 45 days of onboarding.

Employment Status: Full-Time, Executive W-2
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 Base Salary
Comprehensive Benefits: Platinum Health/Vision/Dental, Generous PTO, Continuing Education Stipend.
The Role:
The Alternate Administrator is the tactical and logistical engine of the Heartfelt Hub. Deputizing directly for the Concierge Director, you ensure that the flawless domestic scaffolding promised during the intake process is executed perfectly in the field. You are the primary operational point of contact for our Vanguard Caregivers, managing the minute-by-minute heartbeat of our client operations.
Executive Responsibilities:
- Tactical Logistical Mastery: Command the daily EHR and EVV scheduling matrix. Execute perfect caregiver-to-client matchmaking based on clinical acuity, personality dynamics, and specific environmental requirements.
- Field Supervision & QA: Conduct rigorous, unannounced Quality Assurance field visits to premium estates. Evaluate caregivers in real-time, ensuring the “Heartfelt Standard” of luxury household etiquette and frictional control is maintained.
- Staff Onboarding & Culture: Facilitate the vetting, orientation, and continuous training of new CNAs, Doulas, and RBTs, rigorously drilling them on the CPOM firewall boundaries.
- Crisis Management: Act as the ultimate problem-solver for field escalations and family concerns. Assume full legal and operational command of the localized hub in the absence of the Concierge Director.
Required Credentials:
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as an LPN/LVN, OR 2 years as a Certified Medical Aide (CMA), OR 3+ years of elite experience as a CNA, RBT, or Certified Doula in a management capacity.

Operating in premium private residences, you will execute our “Dignity-First” protocols for seniors requiring post-stroke recovery, memory care, and hospice support.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Scaffolding: Execute flawless personal hygiene, safe mobility transfers, and nutrient-dense meal curation, eliminating physical danger and the indignity of family-provided bodily care.
- Memory Care Validation: Utilize advanced cognitive de-escalation techniques, anchoring the daily rhythm and reducing “sun-downing” for clients with vascular dementia or Alzheimer’s.
- Hospice Synchronization: Provide pristine environmental sanitization and soothing sensory architecture, allowing visiting medical hospice nurses to focus entirely on pain management.
Required Credentials:
- Active Texas CNA License (or minimum 3+ years of verifiable high-acuity private care experience).
- A profound understanding of professional boundaries, luxury household etiquette, and “Dignity-First” communication.
4. Maternity Specialist (Night Doula / Newborn Care Specialist)

Responsibilities:
- Nocturnal Sleep Architecture: Execute seamless overnight infant support. Manage all burping, soothing, diapering, and settling routines so the mother is guaranteed deep, uninterrupted, restorative sleep cycles.
- Post-Surgical Support: Safely assist mothers in and out of bed or the shower post C-Section, ensuring zero core-muscle strain or compromised surgical healing.
- Environmental Friction Removal: Absorb the logistical weight of the household. Execute meticulous nursery organization, infant gear sanitization, and maternal nutritional hydration.
Required Credentials:
- Certified Doula (DONA, CAPPA) or Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) WITH clinical foundational training (CNA, MA, or equivalent high-acuity maternal experience).
- Absolute mastery of newborn safety protocols, lactation support logistics, and postpartum mood depletion prevention.
5. Executive Childcare Specialist (RBT / Behavioral Background)
Locations: Houston, Dallas, Austin, Midland
Employment Status: Full-Time & PRN, W-2
Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 / hour
Comprehensive Benefits: Health/Vision/Dental (for FT), W-2 Liability Protection, Paid Training.
The Role:
This is not a traditional babysitting role. We are deploying institutional-grade domestic scaffolding for high-net-worth households managing neurodivergent children (ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing). We are seeking Vanguard Caregivers who possess a deep behavioral background to act as the ultimate domestic enforcers. Note: You will act strictly as an Executive Childcare Specialist in a non-medical capacity, aligning with the family’s external BCBA clinical team to ensure household consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Indoor Frictional Control & Sensory Architecture: Manage after-school transitional meltdowns. Curate quiet functional spaces, adjust ambient lighting, and execute decompression techniques to prevent sensory overload.
- ADL Mastery: Turn former battlegrounds into peaceful daily anchors by facilitating calm, step-by-step bathing, dressing, and sensory-friendly meal routines.
- Vigilant Outdoor Supervision: Supervise high-energy physical release while maintaining hyper-vigilant safety protocols. Provide gentle, proactive redirection to prevent elopement.
Required Credentials:
- Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or extensive verifiable experience in a clinical pediatric behavioral setting.
- Deep understanding of sensory processing, transitional de-escalation, and strict adherence to established external clinical protocols.
