Join The Vanguard of  Compassion

Heartfelt Caregivers is not an industry-standard agency; we are the architects of home-based wellness. Operating as the premium, non-medical Personal Assistance Services (PAS) pillar of a larger clinical ecosystem, we deliver “synchronized domestic architecture.”

Our mission is to dissolve the daily friction of home management—replacing chaos with calm—so that families can reclaim the joy, confidence, and connection essential to a thriving life. Whether we are protecting the “Fourth Trimester” for new mothers, providing structured joy through Executive Childcare, or delivering “Dignity-First” Senior Concierge Support, our focus is always on restoring positive emotional outcomes and delivering true emotional freedom to our clients.

We are currently expanding our operations across Texas and are seeking elite, emotionally intelligent healthcare professionals to lead and execute our localized Series.  We also invite US-based healthcare professionals, practitioners, and visionary partners to collaborate with us. Together, we seek to scale this empathy-driven model to diverse cities and states, establishing a new national standard of dignified, synchronized home wellness.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. CONCIERGE DIRECTOR (Operations Vanguard & Quality Assurance)

  • Compensation: $40.00 / Hour
  • Schedule: Part-Time (Maximum 25 Hours / Week)
  • Location: Market-Specific (Houston, Dallas, Austin/San Antonio, or Midland)

The Role:

You are the genesis of our local market presence. Serving as the initial Vanguard prior to the onboarding of the permanent administrative team, the Concierge Director executes the executive functions of an Administrator within a strictly “hands-off,” strategic operational model. You will be responsible for building the foundational relationships, conducting high-net-worth “Promise Assessments,” and ensuring our premium standards are flawlessly established. As the local Series matures, this role seamlessly transitions into the permanent Concierge and Quality Assurance Director, overseeing the continuous excellence of our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the initial market launch using a strategic, hands-off operational model.
  • Conduct in-home “Promise Assessments” to design customized, premium care architectures for incoming high-net-worth clients.
  • Enforce the strict Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) firewall, ensuring our concierge services seamlessly support (but never cross into) clinical interventions.
  • Transition into a dedicated Quality Assurance leadership role as the local administrative team is fully onboarded.

Required Qualifications (Must meet ONE of the following):

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with 2+ years of experience.
  • CMA (Certified Medication Aide) with 4+ years of experience.
  • Healthcare Administrator with 2+ year of experience.
  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) with 5+ years of elite experience.

The Series Administrator is the operational heartbeat of the local market. You are responsible for the daily rhythm, compliance, and flawless execution of our three core service lines: Maternity Concierge, Executive Childcare, and Senior Recovery/Memory Care. You will manage a high-performing team of specialists, ensuring that our “Heartfelt Standard” is delivered with every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily localized operations, caregiver scheduling, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the recruitment, vetting, and Heartfelt Academy onboarding of local Caregivers and Night Doulas.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our clinical partners (Heartfelt Behavioral Health and FamilyCare Providers) to ensure our non-medical staff perfectly prepares the environment for clinical success.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with state regulations and internal ecosystem SOPs.

Required Qualifications (Must meet ONE of the following):

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with 2+ years of experience.
  • CMA (Certified Medication Aide) with 4+ years of experience.

  • Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 / Hour
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Location: Market-Specific (Houston, Dallas, Austin/San Antonio, or Midland)

The Role:

Acting as the operational right-hand to the Series Administrator, the Alternate Administrator ensures that no logistical detail is ever missed. You will provide critical support in field operations, caregiver supervision, HR onboarding, and direct client communication, ensuring the domestic rhythm of our clients’ homes remains uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of complex client schedules, including 24/7 Round-the-Clock operations and overnight Doula shifts.
  • Provide active field support, mentorship, and supervision to the caregiving staff.
  • Audit daily Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) logs and shift notes for compliance and quality.
  • Step into the Administrator role seamlessly during absences to guarantee operational continuity.

Required Qualifications (Must meet ONE of the following):

  • Location: Market-Specific (Houston, Dallas, Austin/San Antonio, or Midland)

The Role:

Are you a compassionate CNA looking to elevate your career out of the standard facility environment and into premium, luxury in-home support? We are actively hiring dedicated CNAs to enter our exclusive Doula Training Pipeline. We will train you to become an Elite Maternity & Postpartum Specialist. You will protect the “Fourth Trimester” for new mothers by absorbing the mental load of the household—managing nighttime infant care, curating recovery nutrition, and organizing the nursery so families can focus entirely on bonding and healing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute restorative nighttime baby care (soothing, diapering, bottle prep) to ensure parents achieve continuous sleep.
