When you execute a Care Agreement, process a payment, or engage our Personal Assistance Services, your contract and financial transactions are exclusively with your localized regional entity. To ensure absolute operational and financial security, the assets, debts, obligations, and liabilities of any single regional hub are strictly isolated. They are enforceable only against that specific hub and are not shared with, nor can they be enforced against, the parent company, the managing MSO, or any other regional entity within the Heartfelt ecosystem.
This decentralized, protected structure guarantees that each local agency remains financially secure, highly accountable, and entirely dedicated to the specific community it serves.
